Dr. Ronoh is the Ag. Chief Executive Officer for the ICT Authority effective 24th September 2022.

He was, until his appointment the Authority’s Director, Standards & Programme.

He has spearheaded the development and implementation of ICT Standards and governance for key infrastructure for the government of Kenya. He has also been instrumental in the integration of ICT into education in Kenya and has spearheaded digital literacy efforts in Kenya.

The Ag. CEO has served the government in different capacities in other government agencies namely the Agricultural Finance Corporation, Kenya Civil Aviation Authority and the Kenya Urban Roads Authority.

Currently the Ag. CEO has laid out a six -point agenda that will see the Authority execute its mandate and deliver to Kenyans on ICT Infrastructure, Digital Skills  and Digital Services.
Dr. Ronoh has a background in Computer Science and holds a PhD in Leadership & Governance.
