Chief Executive Officer - TESPOK

Currently the Chief Executive Officer of a non-governmental, not-for-profit Technology Service Providers Association of Kenya (TESPOK) that operates the Kenya Internet Exchange Point and Industry Computer Security Incident Response Team.

Have 16 years experience working in the ICT sector in Kenya 10 of which have been spent at TESPOK as a liaison for the private sector with governments in the East Africa region on ICT policy and regulations.

In 2018 developed a training program on Collaborative Governance under the Internet Society that was run at the USTTI, Washington DC. From 2011 to 2018 was one of the three African representatives on the Number Resource Organization – Number Council and role on the NRO involved coordinating Numbering Resource issues across the five Regional Internet Registries.  She also doubled as a member of the Internet Corporation of Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) Address Supporting Organization- Address Council where we co-ordinate the development of Global Numbering Resource Policy Development.

A keen advocate of ICT for development and multi-stakeholder engagement for digital development and has been appointed in 2022 as part of the Executive Council of the UN IIGF Supporting organization.
