Mr. Liston Kirui is the Assistant Director – Telecoms Licensing and Compliance at the Communications Authority of Kenya. Mr. Kirui has previously served in the capacity of Manager-Consumer Affairs. He has a wealth of experience spanning 30 years in the ICT sector, having worked in the early years of his career at the defunct Kenya Posts and Telecommunications Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and has had extensive International training on telecommunications, ICT and Utility Regulation.
