She holds a degree in Electrical and Electrical Engineering from the University of Nairobi.
Her passion for Engineering led her to one of the leading ICT companies globally - Huawei Technology (Kenya) Company Ltd. and has since gathered 9 years of experience from different roles in the industry.
She started her role as a Wireless Engineer and within the years has risen to become a Vice Director.
Her focus as a Vice Director– Programs Management Organization (PMO) is to drive customer satisfaction, financial, resource and quality management in all projects including the digital transformation through the use of enhanced digital tools, improve on the deliverables in all the delivery and service projects, and to further enhance our customer network coverage through projects we deliver.
She is also the Director for the Women In Technology Huawei initiative that empowers young girls to participate in STEM related courses and introducing young engineers to relevant current digital skills and at the same time create training programs that support women owned businesses to improve on the digital capabilities in the market. She through the WITH program has partnered with several companies with similar programs to reach out to young girls and women who are committed in being in the STEM space.
She is committed to improving the number of young engineers and leaders in the country through her mentorship and training programs. This earned her a place as one of the Top 30 Most Influential Women In Technology in Kenya in 2020.”
