Clifford Okembo is the Chief Executive Officer for Esri Eastern Africa, A geospatial solutions company that inspires, educates and enables customers with Working GIS solutions.

Clifford has over a decade experience in the Geospatial Industry with specialty in web GIS, Remote sensing, Database management and Enterprise GIS Implementation. He has spearheaded the implementation of several projects within Eastern Africa and promotes the adoption of Geospatial solutions based on Esri’s ArcGIS and partner technologies to all industries.

He is currently pursuing a PhD in Land Administration at the Faculty of Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation of the University of Twente and holds a masters of science degree in GIS from the University of Redlands, California.
